The Macintosh LC475 (which is just a Quadra 605 in a slightly different case without a network card installed) took the 68040 CPU and put it into the LC “pizza box” case. You can see that I have replaced the standard 1/2 AA PRAM battery holder with a CR2032 button cell holder.
